Customer Contact
We send all customers an e-mail verifying receipt of their Ad Order, an e-mail to notify them when their Ad Order has been posted, and an e-mail to alert them when their ad is about to expire. Established users may occasionally receive information from us on special promotions, services, and/or a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these special offerings. We also offer our users a way to opt-out of our newsletter.

On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for site maintenance we might send users an e-mail. These communications are not promotional in nature. Generally, users may not opt-out of these types of communications, though they can cancel their listings to our Web site and ask to be removed from all e-mail lists.

We communicate with customers on a regular basis to provide requested information and services, and in regards to issues relating to their account. We reply via e-mail or phone, in accordance with our customer's wishes.

When We Will Release Personally Identifiable Information
While we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order, or a legal process served on our Web site.

We will not tolerate any statements or actions of hate, racism, or discrimination and we urge anyone who suspects that another user is doing so to contact us immediately.

We use credit card processing companies to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

In the event Our Company goes through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of its assets, users' personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred. Users will be notified via email and a prominent notice will be displayed on our Web site for at least 30 days prior to a change of ownership or control of their personal information. Polls, Surveys, Contests and Referrals
From time-to-time our site requests information from users via polls, surveys or contests. Precautions To Protect Sensitive Information
This Web site takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the Web site, their information is protected both online and off-line.

When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our Ad Order Form payment page, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when users are just 'surfing'.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our users' information is protected.
